The 2nd Dublin Paranormal Convention will take place on Saturday the 7th November 2009 in Radisson SAS Royal Hotel, Dublin near St. Patrick's Cathedral.
Following on from last year the DPCC plan on making this bigger and better while holding on to the fantastic atmosphere which made ParaCon 2008 such a success.
